How to Add a Property

What this does

Creates a property record that can be listed for sale or let, linked to viewings, offers, and tenancies.

When to use it

Add a property when you take on a new instruction from a landlord or vendor.

Step by step

1. Go to Properties in the main menu
2. Click + New Property
3. Fill in the required fields:
   • Address — the property address
   • Type — Flat, House, Bungalow, Commercial, etc.
   • Listing Type — For Sale, To Let, or Both
4. Add additional details:
   • Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Reception Rooms
   • Asking Price or Monthly Rent
   • EPC Rating and expiry date
   • Description — or use AI to generate one
5. Upload photos
6. Click Save

Tips

• Only three fields are required to get started — address, type, and listing type
• Link the property to a landlord or vendor contact
• Properties can be listed on portals after saving
