How to View Scheduled Background Jobs

See which automated background tasks are scheduled, when they last ran, and whether they succeeded.

What this does

Shows a list of scheduled background jobs that Relentify runs automatically on your account — such as syncing bank transactions, sending payment reminders, and processing recurring entries. For each job you can see when it last ran, its current status, and when it is next due to run.

When to use it

Check this page if an expected action did not happen — for example, if a payment reminder was not sent or a bank sync did not fire. It is also useful if your accountant asks whether a particular process has run recently.

Step by step

  1. Go to Diagnostics in the main navigation and select Scheduled Jobs
  2. The page lists every background job alongside its last run time and status
  3. A green status means the job ran successfully
  4. A red or amber status means the job encountered a problem — click the row for details
  5. The Next Run column shows when the job is scheduled to run again
  6. If a job is stuck or overdue, contact support with the job name and the last run details shown on this page

Good to know: Background jobs run on a fixed schedule set by Relentify. You cannot manually trigger or reschedule them from this page — it is a read-only view for monitoring purposes.
