Publishing to Property Portals

What this does

Portal publishing sends your property listing data and photos to Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket directly from your CRM.

When to use it

Publish after you've completed the property record with photos, description, and pricing.

Step by step

1. Open the property record
2. Ensure all required fields are filled:
   • Address, type, bedrooms, bathrooms
   • Price or rent
   • Description and photos
   • EPC rating
3. Click the Portals tab
4. Select which portals to publish to
5. Click Publish
6. The property goes live on the selected portals within minutes

Updating listings

• Edit the property record and click Republish to push changes
• To remove from portals, click Unpublish

Tips

• Portal requirements vary — ensure you have at least 5 photos
• Descriptions must be at least 50 words for most portals
• Status changes (Under Offer, Sold STC) update on portals automatically
• You need portal API credentials configured in Settings
