What this does
Shows all unpaid bills grouped by age — Current, 1-30 days overdue, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, and 90+ days. This gives you a clear picture of what you owe and helps you prioritise payments before they become seriously overdue.
When to use it
Run this report when planning supplier payments, reviewing cash flow, or preparing month-end accounts. It helps you avoid late payment charges and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Step by step
- Go to Reports from the main navigation
- Select Aged Payables
- Set the As At date — this is the date the ageing is calculated from (usually today)
- Click Run Report
- The report shows each supplier with their outstanding bills split across five age buckets:
- Current — not yet due
- 1-30 days — up to one month overdue
- 31-60 days — one to two months overdue
- 61-90 days — two to three months overdue
- 90+ days — more than three months overdue
- Click a supplier row to expand and see the individual bills
- Use the totals at the bottom to see your overall liabilities by age
- Click Export CSV to download the report for use in a spreadsheet or to share with your accountant
