How to View the Consolidated Report

See a combined profit and loss and balance sheet across all your organisations in one view, with intercompany transactions removed.

What this does

Combines the financial data from all your organisations into a single report. Intercompany transactions between your organisations are automatically eliminated so the figures reflect your true external trading position. The report shows a consolidated P&L and an outstanding balance sheet (receivables and payables) with a per-entity breakdown.

When to use it

Use this if you run more than one business and want to understand the combined financial picture without counting money that just moves between your own companies.

Step by step

  1. Go to Reports and select Consolidated
  2. Set the From and To dates using the date pickers at the top right — the report updates automatically when you change the dates
  3. Review the Profit & Loss card:
    • Revenue — total income across all entities
    • Costs — total costs across all entities
    • Intercompany Eliminated — transactions between your own organisations that have been removed to avoid double-counting (shown only when they exist)
    • Net Profit — the combined net profit after eliminations
  4. Review the Balance Sheet (Outstanding) card:
    • Receivables — total outstanding invoices across all entities
    • Payables — total unpaid bills across all entities
    • Net Position — the difference between what you are owed and what you owe
  5. Click Entity Breakdown to expand the per-organisation table showing each entity's revenue, costs, and gross profit separately

Good to know: This report is available to users with multiple organisations. If you only have one organisation, use the standard P&L and Balance Sheet reports instead.
