How to Approve an Expense

Review and approve a pending expense submission from your team.

What this does

Approves a pending expense, marking it as accepted and including it in your accounts.

When to use it

You'll see pending expenses here when a team member submits one and your settings require approval.

Step by step

  1. Go to Expenses and click the Pending Approval tab
  2. Click on an expense to open it
  3. Review the details and attached receipt
  4. Click Approve or Reject
  5. If rejecting, enter a reason
