What this does
Sends an email invitation to a colleague. When they accept, they get access to your account with the role you assign.
When to use it
Use this when onboarding a bookkeeper, accountant, or team member who needs access.
Step by step
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select a Role — Admin, Accountant, or Member
- Click Send Invite
- They'll receive an email with a link to create their account
