What this does
Widget customisation lets you match the chat bubble and window to your brand colours, set a welcome greeting, and position it on screen.
When to use it
Customise the widget after installing it so it fits your website's design.
Step by step
- Go to Chat > Settings > Widget
- Configure appearance:
- Brand Colour — the widget's accent colour
- Position — bottom-left or bottom-right
- Welcome Message — the first message visitors see when they open chat
- Offline Message — what to show when no agents are available
- Avatar — your team's profile photo or logo
- Preview the changes in real time
- Click Save
