Managing the Candidate Pipeline

Track candidates through your recruitment pipeline stages.

What this does

The candidate pipeline tracks each applicant's progress from initial sourcing through to placement or rejection.

Default stages

  • Sourced — candidate identified
  • Screened — initial review completed
  • Interview — interviews scheduled or completed
  • Offer — offer extended to candidate
  • Placed — candidate accepted and started
  • Rejected — candidate didn't progress

Step by step

  1. Go to Pipeline in the main menu
  2. View candidates on the kanban board
  3. Drag candidates between stages as they progress
  4. Click a candidate card to view their full profile
  5. Link candidates to specific job postings

Tips

  • Add notes at each stage to record interview feedback
  • Multiple candidates can be in the same stage for the same role
  • Use filters to view candidates for a specific job posting
  • The pipeline updates in real time as you drag cards
