What this does
The candidate pipeline tracks each applicant's progress from initial sourcing through to placement or rejection.
Default stages
- Sourced — candidate identified
- Screened — initial review completed
- Interview — interviews scheduled or completed
- Offer — offer extended to candidate
- Placed — candidate accepted and started
- Rejected — candidate didn't progress
Step by step
- Go to Pipeline in the main menu
- View candidates on the kanban board
- Drag candidates between stages as they progress
- Click a candidate card to view their full profile
- Link candidates to specific job postings
Tips
- Add notes at each stage to record interview feedback
- Multiple candidates can be in the same stage for the same role
- Use filters to view candidates for a specific job posting
- The pipeline updates in real time as you drag cards
