What this does
Dual pipelines give you two separate kanban boards — one for client business development and one for candidate management. This reflects the two-sided nature of recruitment.
When to use it
Use the client pipeline to track new business and the candidate pipeline to track applicants.
Client pipeline stages
- Prospect — potential client identified
- Meeting — initial meeting scheduled
- Terms Agreed — agreement on fees and terms
- Active Client — placing candidates
- Dormant — no current vacancies
Candidate pipeline stages
- Sourced — candidate identified
- Screened — initial review
- Interview — client interviews
- Offer — offer stage
- Placed — successfully placed
Step by step
- Go to Pipeline in the main menu
- Use the tabs to switch between Client and Candidate views
