What this does
Bulk email lets you send the same message to a list of contacts. Each email is personalised with merge fields.
When to use it
Use bulk email for announcements, newsletters, promotions, or updates that go to a group of contacts.
Step by step
- Go to Marketing > Campaigns in the main menu
- Click + New Campaign
- Select your recipients:
- Choose a contact type (e.g. all Customers)
- Or select contacts manually
- Or use a saved filter
- Choose or create an email template
- Preview the email with merge field data
- Set the Send Date — now or schedule for later
- Click Send
Tips
- Always preview your email before sending to check merge fields render correctly
- Avoid sending to contacts who haven't opted in
- Review open and click rates after the campaign to measure effectiveness
- Contacts can unsubscribe via the link in the email footer
