What this does

Relentify CRM is a multi-industry customer relationship management platform. It gives you a sales pipeline, contacts, activities, reports, and optional add-ons like Chat, Connect, E-Sign, Inventory, Reminders, and Accounting.

When to use it

Use CRM as your central hub for managing customer relationships, tracking deals, and growing revenue across any industry.

What's included

Every CRM account includes:

  • Sales Pipeline — visual kanban board to track deals from lead to close
  • Contacts — store leads, prospects, customers, and their details
  • Activities — log calls, emails, meetings, and tasks against contacts and deals
  • Reports — conversion funnels, revenue forecasts, and activity summaries
  • Settings — customise pipeline stages, lead sources, and team permissions

Industry presets

When you create your entity, choose an industry to get a tailored experience:

  • Generic — core sales pipeline for any business
  • Estate Agent — adds properties, tenancies, maintenance, and landlord statements
  • Software — adds MRR/ARR dashboard, churn tracking, and subscription tiers
  • Tradesman — adds job scheduling, materials tracking, and job costing
  • Salon — adds service menu, staff booking, and loyalty programme
  • Recruitment — adds job postings, candidate pipeline, and placements

Getting started

  1. Log in at crm.relentify.com
  2. Choose your industry preset in Settings
  3. Add your first contact
  4. Create your first deal
