Configure branding, notifications, and billing for E-Sign.

What this does

E-Sign settings let you customise the signing experience, manage notifications, and view your usage.

Available settings

Branding

  • Logo — your logo appears on signing pages
  • Colours — match the signing page to your brand
  • Company Name — displayed in emails and on the signing page

Notifications

  • Sender Name — the name recipients see in signing emails
  • Reply-To Address — where recipient replies are sent
  • Reminders — auto-remind unsigned recipients after X days

Usage

  • Requests Sent — total signing requests this billing period
  • Completed — successfully signed documents
  • Plan Limit — your plan's monthly request allowance

Step by step

  1. Go to E-Sign > Settings
  2. Update branding, notifications, or view usage
  3. Click Save
