What this does
When a recipient receives a signing request, they click a link to view and sign the document in their browser. No account or software is needed.
The signing experience
- Recipient receives an email with a Review & Sign button
- They verify their identity with a one-time code sent to their email
- The document opens in the browser with highlighted fields
- They click each field to:
- Sign — draw, type, or upload their signature
- Initial — add their initials
- Date — confirm the date
- Text — fill in any required text fields
- Once all fields are completed, they click Finish Signing
- They receive a copy of the signed document by email

- Signing works on all devices without installing anything
- The one-time code ensures only the intended recipient can sign
- Recipients can save their signature for future requests
- The process typically takes under 2 minutes
