What this does

Relentify E-Sign lets you send documents for electronic signature. Recipients sign from their browser — no printing, scanning, or posting required.

What's included

Step by step

  1. Enable the E-Sign add-on in CRM settings
  2. Upload a document or select a template
  3. Add signature fields and recipient details
  4. Send the signing request
  5. Recipients sign in their browser
  6. Download the signed document with audit trail

Tips

  • E-Sign is legally binding in the UK under the Electronic Communications Act 2000
  • Documents are stored securely with a full audit trail
  • You can send to multiple signers with a defined signing order
