What this does
Timesheet reports summarise hours worked, break deductions, overtime, and labour costs for any period.
Available reports
- Hours Summary — total hours per worker for the period
- Overtime Report — overtime hours and costs
- Attendance Report — presence, absence, and late arrivals
- Site Report — hours per site
- Cost Report — labour costs by worker, site, or period
- Audit Log — full history of clock events, edits, and approvals
Step by step
- Go to Reports in the main menu
- Select the report type
- Set the date range
- Apply filters (worker, site, shift)
- View the report on screen
- Click Export CSV to download for payroll or accounting

- The audit log shows who edited what and when — useful for disputes
