What this does

Timesheet reports summarise hours worked, break deductions, overtime, and labour costs for any period.

Available reports

  • Hours Summary — total hours per worker for the period
  • Overtime Report — overtime hours and costs
  • Attendance Report — presence, absence, and late arrivals
  • Site Report — hours per site
  • Cost Report — labour costs by worker, site, or period
  • Audit Log — full history of clock events, edits, and approvals

Step by step

  1. Go to Reports in the main menu
  2. Select the report type
  3. Set the date range
  4. Apply filters (worker, site, shift)
  5. View the report on screen
  6. Click Export CSV to download for payroll or accounting

Tips

  • The audit log shows who edited what and when — useful for disputes
  • Export CSV data directly into your payroll software
  • Compare periods to spot attendance trends
  • Site reports help you understand labour costs per location
