What this does
Reconciliation matches your actual bank transactions to records in Relentify. It confirms your books match your bank and keeps your cash balance accurate.
When to use it
Do this at least weekly — more often if you process many transactions.
Step by step
- Go to Banking in the top menu
- Click Sync to pull in the latest transactions from your bank
- For each unmatched transaction, click Match to find the corresponding invoice or bill
- If no match exists, click Create to record a new entry
- Transactions turn green when matched
- Click Reconcile when all transactions are matched
