What this does
Connects your bank account to Relentify using TrueLayer open banking. Once connected, your bank transactions are imported securely so you can match them against invoices, bills, and expenses without manual data entry.
When to use it
Connect your bank when you first set up Relentify, or when you open a new business bank account that you want to track.
Step by step
- Go to Banking from the main navigation
- Click Connect Bank Account
- You will be redirected to TrueLayer's secure open banking portal
- Search for your bank and select it from the list
- Log in to your bank using your normal online banking credentials
- Approve the connection when your bank asks for consent — this gives Relentify read-only access to your transactions
- You will be redirected back to Relentify
- Your bank account will appear in the Banking section
- Recent transactions will begin importing automatically
- Repeat for any additional bank accounts you want to connect
Good to know: Relentify has read-only access — it can see your transactions but cannot move money or make payments. The connection is secured by your bank's own authentication and can be revoked at any time through your online banking.
