Step by step
- Open the client's contact record
- Scroll to the Preferences section (or use custom fields)
- Record relevant details:
- Colour Formula — exact mix and timing
- Allergies — any product sensitivities
- Preferred Products — what they buy or like
- Notes — anything else (e.g. "prefers tea, doesn't like small talk")
- Click Save
