Tracking Client Preferences

What this does

Client preferences let you store notes specific to each client — colour formulas, allergies, preferred products, and personal details that help deliver a personalised service.

When to use it

Update preferences after every appointment so the information is fresh for next time.

Step by step

  1. Open the client's contact record
  2. Scroll to the Preferences section (or use custom fields)
  3. Record relevant details:
    • Colour Formula — exact mix and timing
    • Allergies — any product sensitivities
    • Preferred Products — what they buy or like
    • Notes — anything else (e.g. "prefers tea, doesn't like small talk")
  4. Click Save
