What this does
Your service menu defines what you offer, how long each service takes, and how much it costs. These appear on your public booking page.
When to use it
Set up your service menu when you first configure your salon CRM.
Step by step
- Go to Settings > Service Menu
- Click + Add Service
- Fill in the details:
- Service Name — what clients see (e.g. "Cut & Blow Dry")
- Category — group services (e.g. Hair, Nails, Beauty)
- Duration — how long it takes (e.g. 45 minutes)
- Price — the standard price
- Description — what's included
- Click Save
- Repeat for each service
Tips
- Group services into categories for a clean booking page
- Set different durations per service to manage diary space accurately
- You can offer price variations (e.g. short hair vs long hair) as separate items
- Deactivate seasonal services rather than deleting them
