Setting Up Loyalty for Salons

Reward repeat clients with loyalty points.

What this does

The loyalty programme awards points each time a client books and attends an appointment. Points can be redeemed for discounts or free services.

When to use it

Enable loyalty when you want to encourage repeat visits and reward your best clients.

Step by step

  1. Go to Settings > Loyalty
  2. Enable Loyalty Programme
  3. Configure the rules:
    • Points per visit — e.g. 10 points per appointment
    • Points per pound — e.g. 1 point per pound spent
    • Redemption rate — e.g. 100 points = one free treatment or a discount
  4. Add rewards:
    • Name each reward (e.g. "Free Blow Dry", "10% Off")
    • Set the points required
  5. Click Save

Tips

  • Keep the scheme simple — clients should easily understand how to earn and redeem
  • Mention loyalty points when confirming bookings to encourage engagement
  • Points balances are shown on the client's contact record
  • Staff can redeem points at the desk during checkout
