What this does
Staff booking lets clients select a specific team member when making an appointment. Each staff member has their own availability and service list.
When to use it
Enable this when you have multiple team members and clients have preferences about who they see.
Step by step
- Go to Settings > Team
- For each team member, configure:
- Working Hours — which days and times they're available
- Services — which services they can perform
- Break Times — lunch and other breaks
- Enable Staff Selection in booking settings
- On the public booking page, clients will:
- Choose a service
- Choose a staff member (or "No Preference")
- See available times for that person
Tips
- "No Preference" shows the first available slot across all staff
- Staff can manage their own availability from their profile
- Block out holiday time per staff member to prevent bookings
