Completing a Job and Invoicing

Mark a job as complete and generate an invoice.

What this does

Completing a job marks the work as finished and optionally generates an invoice through the Accounting add-on.

When to use it

Mark a job as complete when all work is done, photos are uploaded, and materials are recorded.

Step by step

  1. Open the job record
  2. Ensure all details are up to date:
    • After photos uploaded
    • Materials recorded
    • Notes completed
  3. Click Complete Job
  4. If Accounting is connected:
    • Click Create Invoice to generate an invoice for the quoted or actual amount
    • The invoice is created in Relentify Accounting
  5. Click Confirm

Tips

  • Always upload after photos before completing
  • Review the job costing summary before invoicing
  • You can adjust the invoice amount if the scope changed during the job
  • Completed jobs remain accessible for reference and reporting
  • Without the Accounting add-on, you'll see a prompt to enable it
