What this does
Completing a job marks the work as finished and optionally generates an invoice through the Accounting add-on.
When to use it
Mark a job as complete when all work is done, photos are uploaded, and materials are recorded.
Step by step
- Open the job record
- Ensure all details are up to date:
- After photos uploaded
- Materials recorded
- Notes completed
- Click Complete Job
- If Accounting is connected:
- Click Create Invoice to generate an invoice for the quoted or actual amount
- The invoice is created in Relentify Accounting
- Click Confirm
Tips
- Always upload after photos before completing
- Review the job costing summary before invoicing
- You can adjust the invoice amount if the scope changed during the job
- Completed jobs remain accessible for reference and reporting
- Without the Accounting add-on, you'll see a prompt to enable it
