What this does
Job photos document the work at each stage — before starting, during the work, and after completion. This protects you and provides evidence of the work done.
When to use it
Take photos at every stage of a job, especially for larger projects or insurance work.
Step by step
- Open the job record
- Click the Photos tab
- Click Upload or take a photo from your phone
- Tag the photo with a stage:
- Before — condition before work started
- During — work in progress
- After — completed work
- Add an optional caption
- Click Save
