Scheduling Jobs

Schedule jobs and assign them to workers.

What this does

Job scheduling assigns a date, time, and worker to each job. Scheduled jobs appear on the calendar.

When to use it

Schedule a job once it's been accepted and you know when and who will do the work.

Step by step

  1. Open the job record
  2. Click Schedule
  3. Set the details:
    • Date — when the work starts
    • Time — start time
    • Duration — estimated time to complete
    • Worker — assign a team member
  4. Click Save
  5. The job appears on the worker's calendar

Tips

  • Check the calendar view before scheduling to avoid double-booking
  • Workers receive a notification when jobs are assigned to them
  • You can reschedule by dragging the job on the calendar
  • Emergency jobs are highlighted on the calendar
