Using the Job Calendar

View and manage all scheduled jobs on a calendar.

What this does

The job calendar shows all scheduled jobs in a daily, weekly, or monthly view. You can see which workers are assigned and when slots are free.

When to use it

Check the calendar before scheduling new jobs and to get an overview of your team's workload.

Step by step

  1. Go to Calendar in the main menu
  2. Switch between Day, Week, or Month views
  3. Click a job to open its details
  4. Drag a job to reschedule it
  5. Filter by worker to see individual schedules
  6. Click an empty slot to create a new job

Tips

  • Colour-coded jobs show priority at a glance
  • Emergency jobs appear in red
  • The calendar syncs with job scheduling — changes appear immediately
  • Use the team filter to balance workload across workers
