The Tradesman industry preset adds job management, scheduling, materials tracking, and job costing to your CRM. Designed for plumbers, electricians, builders, and other tradespeople.
What's included
Everything in the core CRM plus:
- Jobs — create and track jobs from enquiry to completion
- Scheduling — assign jobs to workers and manage your calendar
- Materials — track materials and costs per job
- Photos — before, during, and after photos for each job
- Job Costing — compare quoted vs actual costs
- Invoicing — create invoices directly from completed jobs (with Accounting add-on)
Step by step
- Go to Settings and set your industry to Tradesman
- Add your first job from an enquiry
- Schedule the job and assign a worker
- Track materials and photos as work progresses
- Complete the job and send an invoice
