What this does
Pipeline reports show how deals flow through your stages, where they stall, and how much revenue you're generating.
When to use it
Review reports weekly to understand pipeline health and forecast revenue.
Available reports
- Conversion Funnel — shows how many deals pass through each stage
- Revenue by Period — total won revenue grouped by week, month, or quarter
- Average Deal Cycle — how long deals take to close
- Win Rate — percentage of deals closed as won
- Pipeline Value — total value of open deals by stage
- Lead Source Performance — which sources generate the most revenue
- Team Leaderboard — deals won and revenue per team member
Step by step
- Go to Reports in the main menu
- Select the report you want to view
- Use the date range picker to set the period
- Apply filters (pipeline, owner, lead source)
- Click Export to download as CSV
Tips
- Compare periods to spot trends — are deals closing faster or slower?
- Use lead source reports to decide where to spend your marketing budget
- Low conversion at a specific stage suggests a process bottleneck
