What this does
The pipeline kanban board shows all your open deals arranged by stage. You move deals by dragging them between columns.
When to use it
Update deal stages whenever a deal progresses — after a call, meeting, or decision point.
Step by step
- Go to Deals in the main menu
- You'll see the kanban board with one column per stage
- Click and drag a deal card to the new stage column
- Release to drop it — the stage updates automatically
- Alternatively, open a deal and change the Stage dropdown
Tips
- Deal cards show the contact name, value, and days in stage
- Deals that have been in a stage for too long are highlighted
- Use the list view toggle if you prefer a table format
- You can filter the board by owner, value range, or date
