Setting Up Your Price List

What this does

Your price list stores all your services and products with their prices. Items from the price list can be added to deals and booking pages.

When to use it

Set up your price list when you want consistent pricing across deals, quotes, and bookings.

Step by step

1. Go to Settings in the main menu
2. Open the Price List tab
3. Click + Add Item
4. Fill in the details:
   • Name — the service or product name
   • Description — what's included
   • Price — the standard price
   • Category — group similar items together
   • Duration — for services, how long it takes
5. Click Save
6. Repeat for each item

Tips

• Price list items appear as suggestions when adding line items to deals
• You can offer different prices per client by overriding on the deal
• Deactivate items you no longer offer instead of deleting them
