What this does
Adds service and staff selection to your booking flow. Clients pick what service they want and who they'd like to see, then choose from that person's available times.
When to use it
Use this when you have multiple services or team members with different availability — salons, clinics, consultancies, or any service-based business.
Step by step
- Go to Booking in the main menu
- Open your booking link settings
- Enable Service Selection
- Add your services:
- Service Name — what the client sees (e.g. "Initial Consultation")
- Duration — how long it takes
- Price — optional display price
- Enable Staff Selection
- Assign services to each staff member
- Set individual availability per staff member
- Click Save
Tips
- Clients see only available time slots for their chosen staff member
- If no staff is selected, the system shows all available slots across the team
- Staff members can manage their own availability from their profile
