What this does
The public booking page is a hosted page where clients can select a service, choose a staff member, pick a date and time, and confirm their booking.
When to use it
Share the booking page URL with clients so they can self-serve their appointments.
What clients see
- Service Selection — list of available services with descriptions and prices (if enabled)
- Staff Selection — available team members for the chosen service (if enabled)
- Calendar — available dates highlighted, unavailable dates greyed out
- Time Slots — available times for the selected date
- Details Form — name, email, phone, and any custom questions
- Payment — deposit collection via Stripe (if enabled)
- Confirmation — booking summary with date, time, and cancellation policy

- The page is mobile-friendly and works on all devices
- Clients receive an email confirmation with a calendar invite
- Cancelled bookings free up the time slot automatically
